Truman now has a Wellness Center on campus. The center, which is in room 177 in the Larry McKeon building, will offer students a number of services.
The initial list of services is similar to what many companies use for an employee assistance program; the idea is to help with issues that might otherwise interfere with a student’s performance.
Crisis support, time management help, counseling services, and assistance in applying for public aid are just a few of the services the Wellness Center is offering.
We’ll have more about the Center and its programs in a future post.
