SGA presidential debate next Tuesday

By Patrick Erwin, editor-in-chief

On Tuesday, April 17, there will be a debate with the students who have announced their candidacy for Student Government Association (SGA) president at Truman. Those candidates are (in alphabetical order) Adam Gordon and Daniel Sweig*.

The debate will be at 2 p.m. in the back of the cafeteria.

The Uptown Exchange has been seeking details about SGA elections, which were originally slated to begin on Monday, April 16. Details about revised election dates, times and places are unconfirmed, but we will update our readers as soon as Student Services provides the information.

*NOTE: Daniel Sweig is a former staff member of the Uptown Exchange. He wrote for the paper during the fall 2011 semester.
